Our Wines

Our inaugural release will feature estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the 2025 vintage, anticipated in the first half of 2027. Crafted in small quantities from our hillside estate in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, these wines will reflect the character of our vineyard, our commitment to thoughtful farming, and the patience required to bring a young vineyard into its first vintage.

Our wines are crafted in partnership with NW Wine Company, whose experienced winemaking team shares our commitment to quality, precision, and allowing exceptional fruit to express its unique sense of place.  Together, we are focused on producing wines that authentically reflect Evening Sky Vineyard.
